Q: Who are you?
A: We are a professional switch lube service located in San Gabriel Valley, California. Our primary goal is to provide customers with an exceptional experience with tailored switches to your liking.

Q: Who are the members who make up MPKeebs?
A: We currently have 3 team members who go by the discord handle of:

Q: What do you primarily do?
A: Our primary goal is to provide customers with an exceptional experience with tailored switches to your liking.

Shipping

Q: When will my order be shipped out?
A: All orders that are fulfilled will be shipped out by USPS on the next business day.

Q: How long does it take for my item to be at my doorstep?
A: Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking number we have sent you VIA email. The link should give you a general estimate when your package will arrive, depending on what type of shipping you had purchased.

Q: Can I provide my own shipping label / come for a local pick-up?
A: Due to the pandemic, we will not be accepting any pre-made labels, or doing local pick-ups for orders.

Switch Lubing

Q: What is the turn around time for an order?
A: From the day received, the turnaround time for about 100 switches is 3-5 days, depending on the queue. Shipping may take up to 3-5 business days. Refer to the FAQ for questions regarding shipping.

Q: I have lots of switches that need to be lubed. Is there a discount?
A: Please contact one of our team members regarding bulk discounts. Depending on the complexity / amount necessary, there might be a discount.

Q: What can I expect from your lube service?
A: We will completely satisfy all requests wanted for your switch lube services. Please ask in detail exactly what you would like worked on, as well as your own preferred process in doing so. We stand by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and will continue to fix any unsatisfied orders / mistakes we may make to the best of our abilities. Shipping will not be covered for any return orders.
